Print subscribers typically receive their first issue 6 to 8 weeks after purchase. For example, if you order a subscription in the month of June, the first issue you’ll receive will be the August issue of BookPage.

Issues typically arrive via USPS by the 10th of the month; however we can’t guarantee or predict a specific arrival date. If you don’t receive your issue by the 20th of the month, please fill out this form so we can mail you a replacement copy. 

On the first of every month, a link to the new issue of BookPage will be emailed to the email you provided at checkout. Your subscription will start the month after you order. For example, if you order a subscription in the month of June, your first issue will arrive on July 1.

The email sent to you on the first of the month includes three ways to access and browse the new issue:

  1. Link to access the digital issue
  2. Downloadable PDF
  3. Epub version that can be read on your ereader

Absolutely! BookPage subscriptions makes great gifts. Click here to learn more about and order a gift subscription. Gift subscriptions are only available in print and in the U.S.

Your gift recipient will only be notified by BookPage about their new subscription if you select “Have BookPage notify them” at checkout.

At checkout, you are asked “How should your gift recipient be notified” with two options: 

  1. Have BookPage notify them: BookPage will send an email to you recipient with subscription details immediately after purchase. You have the option to provide a gift note that your recipient will also receive in the email.
  2. I’ll notify them myself: BookPage will not communicate with your recipient. Instead, this option provides the gift giver with a “gift notice” (printable PDF) to give to your recipient to let them know about their new BookPage subscription.

Print and gift subscriptions typically arrive via USPS by the 10th of the month; however we can’t guarantee or predict a specific arrival date. If you don’t receive your issue by the 20th of the month, please fill out this form so we can mail you a replacement copy. 

Digital subscriptions are emailed to the email provided at checkout on the first of each month. If you have not received the email, search your spam folder for emails from subscriptions@bookpage.com, and make sure subscriptions@bookpage.com is added to your address book. If you still can’t find it, email us so we can resend the email. 

Print subscriptions are only available in the U.S. However, digital subscriptions can be enjoyed worldwide! Click here to learn more about digital subscriptions.

Both print and digital subscriptions will automatically renew so you never miss an issue. You will receive a reminder notification 20 days ahead of renewal which includes a link to cancel. If no action is taken, we will charge the payment on file. 

Gift subscriptions are for one year only and do not renew. Gift recipients will be notified upon subscription expiration. 

We’re sorry to see you go! You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing subscriptions@bookpage.com. For refund questions, please see our FAQ highlighting our refund policy.

Refunds are issued if cancellation occurs within 30 days of subscription purchase or renewal. If you cancel outside that window, you will receive all remaining issues in your subscription term and your subscription will not auto-renew. 

You can update account information any time via our secure customer portal. Please follow the below steps to access the portal:

  1. Click here to access our secure portal
  2. Scroll down to “sign in easily with a one-time code”
  3. Enter the email address associated with your BookPage account 
  4. Click “send code” and check your inbox, including spam
  5. Use the emailed code to sign-in—or just click “sign in below” in the email body
  6. Once signed in, you can easily update your payment method, account information and pay any outstanding balances. 

Yes, past issues are available for purchase as PDFs for $8 each. Email subscriptions@bookpage.com with the month and year of the issue(s)* you’d like. 

*As inventory allows. Not all back issues are available.
